

个人简历
南京大学电子科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才。于2005年、2008年、2012年在南京大学获得本科、硕士和博士学位,2012年至2016年先后在英国利兹大学和剑桥大学做博士后研究工作,2016年10月被聘为南京大学副教授,2022年1月升任教授。
主要研究方向为太赫兹可编程器件、太赫兹光谱技术、超导电子器件,主持科技部重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等多项国家级项目,以第一/通信作者在Nature Communications、Science Advances、Light Science & Applications、Laser & Photonics Reviews等期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇。荣获2023年第十一届超快现象与太赫兹波国际研讨会(ISUPTW 2023)首届“张希成”奖、2022年南京大学“小米青年学者-科技创新奖”。
