个人简历

毕业于南京大学电子科学与工程系无线电物理专业,获博士学位,现任南京大学电子科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,南京大学超导电子学研究所副所长。长期从事超导薄膜材料及器件的研究和应用主要研究方向为超导薄膜制备与应用、超导单光子探测器和太赫兹探测器等。发表SCI论文110余篇,申请发明专利40余项,其中授权发明专利20项。主持自然基金委青年基金和面上基金4项,863课题3项,作为骨干参加科技创新2030重大项目、自然基金委重大仪器专项、973863等国家级项目10余项。2017年获省部级科技进步一等奖(排名第5),2024年获省部级技术发明一等奖(排名第2),2019年入选江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师”,2024年入选江苏省高层次人才培养计划(“333工程”)第七期第三层次培养对象。
